Recently one of my colleague told me that whenever she tried to open her MS Word document containing images, the image does not appear. She tried to open the document on another computer and it just works fine. • In first text box (All or part of the file name field or box) type Normal.dot.
• Select My Computer in Look In field or box.
• Then Click on Search.
• On each detail of Normal.dot, right-click on the file, click Rename, and then type OldNormal.dot.
• Close Search Results, and then start Word.
